Getting Crafty

Kitchen Craft, which is part of the MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., offers multiple lines of modular, semi-custom and custom cabinetry. For over 30 years Kitchen Craft has come up with some innovative kitchen cabinetry. One of the keys to their success is that they focus on two lines of cabinetry (Aurora and Integra) rather than multiple lines. Both lines go way beyond the kitchen and into the bathroom, laundry room, office, garage and more.

Kitchen Craft Aurora Plymouth

Integra cabinet doors in the Plymouth style with knotty alder wood—a recipe for awesome rustic appeal! Learn more about this look here.
  • Aurora is one of the most popular choices and it's made in oak, cherry, maple, and alder. The door styles come in both textured and thermo foil finish. Aurora is an excellent buy without sacrificing quality.

  • Integra offers semi-custom features, which can be made to blend with any home décor. Magnificently finished, these cabinet doors are made with Aspen wood, dovetail drawers, under mount and full extension slides — at no extra charge. In addition to modular cabinets, Kitchen Craft also offers semi-custom and custom cabinetry.

Your cabinet door style and color will have the most impact on your new kitchen's palette by making the strongest visual statement. They'll also have the most impact on your wallet. Cabinets typically account for half the cost of your kitchen. What you spend will depend on:

  • Manufacturer choice
  • Quality of cabinet construction
  • Materials
  • The amount of interior storage options
  • Amount of cabinets you need
  • How much you've allotted for major appliances and gadgets.

Prepare to spend: $5,000-$20,000 for stock; $20,000-$40,000 for semi-custom and $40,000 plus for custom.
