About This Plan

If the exterior of this one-story home design doesn't immediately grab you, the interior certainly will. The large foyer gives an immediate view out to the covered patio, with large sliding glass doors that bring the outside in. The foyer bridges the two sides of the home. To your left is the large master bedroom suite with a beautiful tray ceiling. The posh bath flaunts a garden tub, a separate shower, his and hers sinks, a walk-in closet and a private water closet. An entrance into the living room from both the master bath and the foyer allows for this room to be used as a living room, a private office or an exercise room. To the right, the "family" side of the home features a large dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a breakfast nook, and a family room. The two secondary bedrooms are good-sized and share a full bath. Dads can enjoy the two-car garage with golf cart storage, perfect for homes on the fairway. This home is the same as Plan 4100 but without the bonus room.
