About This Plan

Need a one-story farmhouse that's perfect for the average family? House Plan 6654 fits the bill with 2,117 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. When you step inside, you'll find a small office right beside the foyer, so this design is also ready for anybody who plans to work from home. The uniquely arranged living spaces place the vaulted great room up front, complete with a fireplace and windows on two sides. The L-shaped kitchen sits adjacent and has a large island. The dining area is tucked in back; it offers more formal definition yet maintains a casual feel thanks to the windows, porch access, and wide connection to the kitchen. All three bedrooms can be found in the hallway behind the three-car garage, so they're all private from the street! The master suite offers a vaulted bedroom and a private five-piece bath. The two secondary bedrooms share a divided Jack-and-Jill bath--they both open to the section with the dual vanity while the shower and toilet are placed behind another door.
