About This Plan

Traditional key stone trim and archtop windows bring stately charm to a plan that creates long vistas once inside. The foyer opened onto the formal spaces of the living and dining rooms. Lots of glass make these spaces open and airy double doors lead to the den/study, while just off a small hall the powder/pool bath is tucked away. Another pair of double doors welcomes you into the master suite which has a foyer separating the sleeping area from the bath. Corners of glass and doors allow for glimpses of the patio and pool area. The bath makes an efficient use of space with an oversized walk in, double vanities soaking tub and private shower/toilet chamber. Note the convenience of a linen closet too! While two secondary bedrooms share walk-in closets and a private toilet, the family living space is equally impressive.
