About This Plan

With a classic center-hall floor plan, and an exterior brightened by Craftsman details, this home appeals to the traditionalist in us all. From a covered porch entry, the plan opens to a foyer with living room on the right. To the left are a coat closet, half-bath, laundry room and access to the family room and nook. An island kitchen, with a built-in desk and a pantry, separates the nook from the formal dining room. The family room is appointed with a fireplace and built-in cabinetry. Note that all main-level rooms have nine-foot ceilings. Bedrooms inhabit the upper level - there are three, or four if you develop the loft space accordingly. Both upstairs baths are commodious, but the master bath shines with a spa tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks. Built-in shelves in the walk-in closet make the most of storage.
