About This Plan

The Highland Meadow Cottage is one of our Arts and Crafts Design Series. Its "timeless" Craftsman design includes numerous popular and requested features. At only 1,898 heated square feet, its angled styling creates a surprisingly spacious home that is both warm and inviting.

The welcoming front porch includes a dramatic vaulted entry, creating a "warm and welcoming" focal point. Upon entry, you are "greeted" by a delightfully spacious open area which includes the Kitchen, Dining, and Family rooms highlighted by craftsman columns. And, a lovely stone fireplace adorns the Family Room which also offers a sliding glass door leading to the full-width covered rear porch.

The unique Master Suite features spacious His and Hers closets, a luxurious bath and direct rear porch access. The secondary bedrooms share a "compartmentalized" bath, while a half bath is located just down the hallway, near the entry.

The irresistible open kitchen offers a large serving bar within its "wall" of columns. Just off the kitchen is a roomy laundry room, which includes a laundry sink and spacious pantry.
