About This Plan

This tri-level hillside home is rich with architectural details and endowed with a distinctive floorplan. Reminiscent of craftsman style, the exterior is ornamented with pilasters at each corner, knee braces beneath the eaves, and vertical trim in the front gable. Garage doors are staggered, making it possible to park three cars in the two stalls. Bedrooms on all three levels provide ultimate privacy.
