About This Plan

This adorable little cottage is full of surprises, both inside and out. Begin with a covered front deck, a stone chimney stack and cedar shake shingle on the outside. Then look to the interior for a completely livable main level and a lower level with additional bedrooms. A vaulted great room is at the center of the main level. It is flanked by two decks and warmed by a fireplace. A kitchen and light-filled dining area are close by, as is a coat closet and the stairway to the lower level. At the front of the main level is a bedroom with a window seat in a box-bay window; a full bath is located nearby for convenience.

The two lower-level bedrooms have ample closets (Bedroom 3 has an optional built-in) and share a full bath. The lower-level hall opens to a covered patio outside. Note the storage area under the stairwell.
