|Q.||How large is the courtyard? How wide is the walkway? Width of entry hall?
What are the dimensions of the kitchen? Is it possible to increase the depth of the kitchen? I would want an entirely different kitchen layout. And is it possible to change the bath configurations? Perhaps on one unit I would only want 1 large aging in place friendly bath with the w/d located off the mbr in what was shown as a closet. The w/d would need to be moved in both units. I would instead have closets/dresserbuilt out on each side of the 17' wall flanking a queen bed.|
