We are really excited about this plan. It was difficult build but totally worth it. We did change a few things removing the post in the center of the foyer. We also added a bonus room above the garage. The plan saved us 5-10 thousand dollars. In our state we were able to use the plan and incorporate local building codes. Thanks for the use of this plan and we are definitely going to use you again on our next build. Thank you, Poulton Group
