Designer Plan Information

Scale: 1/4" = 1'-0"

Elevations -
Scale, material labels, heights, roof slope indicators, etc.

Foundation Plan -
Footings and details

Dimensioned Floorplans -
Dimensioned floor plan, labels, door and window schedule unless noted at each window or door, etc.

Roof Plan -
Roof plan contains no structural layout - overview of the roofline with gables, hips and slopes.

Electrical Layout -
Specifications, notes, schedules, location of switches, circuits, smoke detectors - Wires are not sized

Cabinet Elevations -
Kitchen, bathroom and any other cabinet layouts with sizes noted.

Window and Door Schedule -
Some plans have a schedule and other plans have callouts on the plan by the windows or doors

IRC Details - Details and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code, in most cases the code-related notes. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance, an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter.
