Also in attendance were fresh new faces such as kitchen designer Roger Shollmier who created and founded the The Galley, a real show stopper! There were over 500 exhibitors at this year's show showcasing their newest technology and designs. Super-Functional Workstation We were very impressed with The Galley Sink, which is far more than an ordinary kitchen sink. Kitchen designer Roger Shollmier took the concept of the kitchen triangle to a whole new level and created one super-functional space. The Galley boasts built-in amenities including cutting boards, colanders, a drain rack and stainless steel bowls. These slide above and below each other on two tiers inside the sink making meal prep, serving and cleaning a snap.
