About This Plan

If you have been looking for the perfect Modern Farmhouse plan for your growing family or maybe you’re wanting to downsize and enjoy your retirement now that your kiddos have flown the nest, this two story 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beauty might be “the one.”

This transitional 2,499 s.f. home will elevate any street it calls home. From the mixed materials of its facade to the ribbed metal roofing, guests will already feel the welcoming that only modern farms exude. The quaint covered front porch is the perfect spot for a swing or rocking chairs…don’t forget the sweet iced tea.
