We modified the plan very little but did make the following adjustments: 1-laundry room nitch just inside left of rear entry door space was added to pantry making it a full size walkin. 2-Outside wall on right side of house moved out 2 ft making master bedroom 15x15 and increasing space for master bath 3-Master bath reworked using extra space to allow for more dressing area and closet space 4-Forward wall by front door moved out 2 ft and window size of front decreased. Made dining room area much easier to have wall and floor space for dining room furniture/table. 5- increased size of garage 2ft both in width and depth. 6-finished the bonus room over the garage area and made bathroom off bedroom 2 into Jack n Jill with entry from both rooms. Total heated/cooled square footage with adjustments now at 2450. Will send photos in separate file. We absolutely LOVE this home and the layout. The downstairs is perfect size for the 2 of us and the porches front and back are awesome. Upstairs can be closed off and only used when our family is visiting or grand kids staying with us!!
