About This Plan

Brimming with masterful architectural details, this Craftsman cottage has stone column supports, open eave brackets and Mission-style windows. The floor plan includes loads of livability in a rather modest square footage. Formal areas are on the left side of the plan: a living room with fireplace and a dining room with access to the rear porch. A cozy den opens through double doors on the right side of the main level. Behind it are a closet and a half-bath near the service entry to the garage. Choose a front- or side-load garage, as you prefer. The family room (with another fireplace), the breakfast nook and the kitchen are contained in an area at the back of the main level. The nook has sliding glass doors to the rear porch.
