About This Plan

If you're looking for a budget-friendly barndominium, House Plan 8037 is here for your consideration! This 1,800-square-foot design comes neatly packaged in a perfectly rectangular footprint with a single gable roof on top, so it minimizes building costs. The front door opens to the middle of the common spaces, with the island kitchen on one side and the living area with a wood-burning fireplace on the other. The vaulted ceiling spanning the whole great room comes to a peak in the center. Make sure to check out the walk-in pantry with additional freezer space and the conveniently placed laundry room by the kitchen. All three bedrooms are placed off the hallway in back, with the five-piece master suite on one side while the other two bedrooms fill out the other, with a Jack-and-Jill bath between them.
