About This Plan

From the impeccable exterior detailing to the two-story reception foyer and beautiful contemporary floor plan, this Victorian exudes charm and elegance. The covered front porch extends from the elegant dining room to the octagonal living room, which boasts a coffered ceiling, a dramatic corner fireplace and surrounding windows. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
