Ponsonby Hills is a remarkable two-story home that blends modern design with Barndominium-inspired style, offering 4,892 square feet of versatile living space. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this plan is ideal for large or multi-generational families. A stunning cathedral ceiling soars above the front covered porch, creating an unforgettable first impression. Inside, the right wing of the main floor houses a fully self-sufficient in-law suite with its own living room, L-shaped kitchen with island seating, private bedroom, and ensuite bath—perfect for extended family or long-term guests. The rest of the main level includes a theatre room (which can flex as a home office), a spacious U-shaped kitchen with a large walk-in pantry and central island, a flex room, and an open great room with seamless access to the expansive rear covered patio. Upstairs, both sides of the layout mirror each other, each offering a luxurious primary suite with an ensuite bath and access to a covered deck, plus two additional bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, and a convenient laundry area. With thoughtful details throughout, Ponsonby Hills delivers comfort, function, and style for multi-generational living.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
