Framing Details -
Scale, ridges, valleys, hips, wall heights, roof slope directions, porch header elevations, special plate heights, and occasional framing details or notes.
Roof Plan -
A bird's-eye view to scale showing ridges, valley, hips, direction arrows, etc. Trussed roofs are assumed, but trusses are not designed.
Window and Door Schedule
Electrical Layout -
Typical electrical layout including switches, GFCI outlets, standard receptacles, smoke and CO detectors, general lighting layout, switch locations, and exterior receptacles.
IRC Details -
In most cases the code-related notes, details and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. Structurally, parts of the design are prescriptively designed.
