House Plan 2749: Perth

Stucco and stone work in perfect tandem to bring a sense of permanence to this estate design. The recessed double-door entry, with arched transom, opens to a plan that is spacious as well as comfortable. Formal living and dining rooms appointed with columns, flank the two-story foyer. The living room is warmed by a hearth; the dining room adjoins the island kitchen via a butler's pantry. The family room is also hearth-warmed and is open to the nook and kitchen. A covered porch opens just beyond the nook. Down a short hall lies a home office, one half-bath, one full bath, the laundry room and access to the multi-car garage.

On the opposite end of the main level is a magnificent master suite with sitting room, through fireplace and pampering bath. The upper level is filled with special delights as well: two family bedrooms, a guest suite, a library, an exercise room and bonus space to be developed as you choose.
