About This Plan

This Texas style house plan works well on a narrow or zero lot. The two story covered entry boasts
sidelights, large windows over the entry to let the sun shine through, and a private balcony in the
guest room, with French doors flanked by coach lights and topped with a transom. The large dining
room window with transom and interesting roof styles complete the framing of the front exterior.
Once inside, a quiet study with two storage closets and a bath with shower sits to the right, with a
door into the yard near the patio. Walking down the gallery, youll pass by the staircase to the
second story, where you will see a wine grotto. Grab a Pinot Grigio and walk across the hall
through the French doors and onto the patio. The family gathering area consists of the family room,
gourmet kitchen and elegant dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops, built-in oven,
microwave, dishwasher and optional ice maker. A free standing island adds to the counter space and
adds space to roll pie dough. An eating bar separates the kitchen from the family and dining rooms.
The family room offers a 20 foot ceiling, built-ins, a wall of windows, and a warming fireplace.
From the elegant dining room, a door exits to the back yard. Take your meals out on the patio and
enjoy the sun. Ascending to the second floor using the steps in the foyer, you walk into a gallery

closet with built-ins. This could also be used as an in-law suite. The gallery also leads to the
luxurious master suite with fireplace, built-ins for your entertainment center, a trey ceiling, and
French doors onto the private balcony. The master suite boasts a master bath with his and hers
vanities, separate shower and tub, and a large wardrobe with built-ins. The utility room can be
accessed from the wardrobe room. The two-car, front entry garage completes this two-story luxury
Texas style house plan.
