Madison - 2501

A front porch adds charm to the exterior of this wonderful country styled home. Public spaces on the main floor are effectively laid out to create warm open areas both formal and informal. Entering through the foyer, double doors lead to the private den on the left side. While to the right of the foyer lies the formal dining room. A butlers pantry conveniently connects the dining room and the kitchen. With an elbowed breakfast bar and corner spaces the counter-top space is maximized. A nook is placed off the back of the kitchen, brightened by windows and a patio door. The rear half of the main floor is centralized by the dramatic two story great room, complete with a corner fireplace. Stairs lead to an upper floor balcony opening the bedrooms to the space below. Each bedroom has direct access a bathroom. The master suite is complemented with dual sinks and a spacious walk-in closet.

This plan is also available using Arxx Wall System construction. Total living area is 1984 sq. ft. Plan width = 51'-4", depth = 47'-9".
