Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

We started the build or our lakehouse in May 2021 and moved in early Nov 2021. Our builder Currahee Home Builders was great to work with and couldn't be happier. We did make a few modifications that have turned out fantastic: Vaulted the great room ceiling, turned the office into a breakfast nook, turned the front guest bedroom into my office with barn doors into the foyer, expanded the master shower and turned the closet under the stairs by the pantry into a coffee bar.
We built the house on a slab and is our retirement home and the layout has turned out to be excellent. Our kids when they visit have two nice bedrooms each with a full bath. We finished out the upstairs bonus room and the grandkids love it.
Overall couldn't be more satisfied with the plans and our build.
