About This Plan

The traditional Southern style cottage is accented with the cool-relaxing front porch concealing the fact it was designed for narrow sites with a zero sidelines. The left side of the house is windowless and intended for placement on the property line, however the house is wonderfully lighted with an abundance of window walls in all of the lower level rooms.
