House Plan 3707: GEORGETOWN

This home's classic stone-and-siding facade surrounds a practical floor plan with an adaptable corner den, that can function as either the third bedroom or a den. I designed a beautifully furnishable floor plan with high ceilings throughout. Double doors from a covered front porch open into the foyer, which leads into the expansive Great Room with an elegant 13 ft high ceiling.. Two set of sliding glass doors lead to rear patio. The split bedroom layout creates a private master suite; an elegant stepped ceiling tops the master bedroom. The private bath includes an oversized tub.

Reproducible Vellum Set
Although most changes can be made directly on the blueprints by "red-lining", if the proposed changes are significant, i.e.large additions, structural changes, major roofline or facade changes, this set may be used to make changes via a local professional, or your builder. Although the PDF Construction Set can accomplish the same purpose, some may prefer to make changes by hand drawing, which the Reproducible is suited for. After changes are made you may print up to 10 sets, for the construction of one home only. An online license will be completed during checkout.
