About This Plan

I designed this home to be a practical and affordable ranch that lives much larger than it is. Open planning expands interior spaces like the dining room and living room. A two-way fireplace in the center of the home warms both the living and dining rooms on one side, and the family room on the other side, with its vaulted ceiling topped with a skylight. Plenty of workspace is apparent in the large kitchen, complete with a center island workspace and breakfast area, as well as a second skylight. It enjoys a beautiful relationship with the adjoining family and breakfast rooms. The master bedroom, full bath and two additional bedrooms complete this lovely plan.
