About This Plan

Those who are serious about traditional design will appreciate the fine combination of elements in this home: stucco with stone trim, a columned and pedimented entry, a sidelit entry with transom, and multi-pane windows.
The floor plan is a perfect complement to the exterior and features all the best components of today's design. The main living area is a two-story great room, with fireplace, which opens to a small casual breakfast nook and gourmet kitchen. A huge pantry in the kitchen is a real plus. The formal dining room is at the front of the plan (note the tray ceiling), right across from the den with bay window.

Tucked behind the garage is a master suite with luxury bath and walk-in closet. A laundry room and half-bath are situated in the service hall.
