Perfect for a variety of lot configurations, including sloping sites, this 1,715 square foot home features a spacious open-concept layout where the great room, dining area, and country-inspired kitchen come together to create an inviting gathering space. Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family members or guests and share a centrally located full bath. The drive-under lower level includes a spacious two-car garage and offers the opportunity for future expansion, allowing the home to grow alongside your needs. Combining classic farmhouse character with flexible living spaces and thoughtful design, Deerfields delivers comfort, efficiency, and lasting appeal for today's homeowners.
Each set of construction documents typically includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts, and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. Please refer to the ARCHITECT or DESIGNER’S PLAN DETAILS link above the floor plan on any plan page to determine the specific details for each plan. Our house plans contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
