About This Plan

This very modest home is focused on incorporating passive solar features for maximum enrgy efficiency. Plans allow you to connect a garage in different ways thereby permitting the home to be properly oriented to the sun on any lot. The great room is the intended sunny space; a trellis shades a beautiful window wall to eliminate strong summer sun, while permitting lower winter sun to penetrate.
