About This Plan

Bordering on estate-sized, this plan borrows elements from Norman, Mediterranean and English architecture. The entrance is recessed and framed by a stone chimneystack on one side and a huge arched window on the other. Though only one-story, the floor plan promises a lot of livability. Consider the vaulted great room, which joins with the nook and island kitchen to form an open gathering space. Across the foyer is a more formal dining room and a study with built-ins. Bedrooms are all to the back of the plan: two family bedrooms and a vaulted master suite with patio access. Each bedroom has its own bath. A large laundry room and a half-bath complete the plan. The laundry room offers access to the three-car garage.
