About This Plan

The Southern Trace has just been added to our America’s Choice House Plan Collection! This home design was updated with our customer’s most-requested modifications to make it even more livable and more affordable to build! This one-level, ranch style home features an open floor plan with split bedrooms, a living room, fireplace, dining room, and spacious kitchen that flow together to provide a large family gathering space. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, cabinetry, and a snack bar. Two bedrooms with 9’ ceilings and one bath are located on the left side of the home along with ample-sized closets. The large, private master suite is on the right side of the home with an ensuite bath featuring a garden tub, separate vanities, shower, enclosed water closet, and large walk-in-closet. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
