House Plan 3869: CANDLEWOOD

This cleverly modified A-frame design combines a dramatic exterior with an exciting interior that offers commanding views through its many windows. It is one of our most popular A-frames and has been built in many locations. The central foyer opens to a spacious living room and dining room combination with a soaring cathedral ceiling and a massive stone fireplace. Access the wraparound deck through sliding glass doors. Upstairs, the loft features a bedroom with a private bath, a balcony, and two large storage areas. Two additional bedrooms are found downstairs. They share a full bath.

Reproducible Vellum Set
Although most changes can be made directly on the blueprints by "red-lining", if the proposed changes are significant, i.e.large additions, structural changes, major roofline or facade changes, this set may be used to make changes via a local professional, or your builder. Although the PDF Construction Set can accomplish the same purpose, some may prefer to make changes by hand drawing, which the Reproducible is suited for. After changes are made you may print up to 10 sets, for the construction of one home only. An online license will be completed during checkout.
