House Plan 2671: Proctor

With the flavor of farmhouse style, this home is gracious without being pretentious. Its facade features a wrapping covered porch, two copper-roofed bay windows, and shuttered multi-pane windows.
The offset entry opens to a formal parlor (brightened by one of the bay windows) on the left and a dining room (with the other bay window) on the right. A coat closet and half-bath grace the hallway. At the back are a vaulted family room with fireplace, a nook with built-in desk, and an L-shaped island kitchen. Sliding glass doors in the nook lead out to a patio area.

Four bedrooms can be found on the upper level. The master salon has a vaulted ceiling and a walk-in closet. Its adjoining bath holds a spa tub and separate shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk-in closets. If you choose, Bedroom 4 could become a den. A two-car garage attaches to the main house via an entry at the laundry room on the main level.
