Introducing Haystack 111—the most versatile evolution yet in this popular rustic ranch series.
This design builds on the charm of House Plans 7623 and 2386, keeping the same main-level layout and attached two-car garage, now with a fully finished second floor for added flexibility. The first level spans 1,928 square feet and features a vaulted great room with large windows, a dramatic ceiling, and seamless flow between the L-shaped kitchen, dining, and living areas. The private primary suite offers a five-piece bath and spacious walk-in closet, while two additional bedroom suites are tucked away on the opposite side of the home, connected by a hallway off the garage.
Upstairs, you'll find a den, a bonus room, and a large flex space that can serve as a fourth bedroom or a rec room—whatever suits your lifestyle. A full bathroom adds convenience and functionality to this upper level which contributes an additional 931 square feet, bringing the total living space to 2,533 square feet. Outside, the nearly full-width rear porch, with both vaulted and flat ceilings plus a cozy outdoor fireplace, continues to offer the ideal space for outdoor living and entertaining. Haystack 111 delivers timeless style, main-level comfort, and the added space to truly make it your own.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
