About This Plan

House Plan 3426 makes a wonderful choice if you need an affordable home with beautiful Craftsman elements! The compact, rectangular footprint and two-story layout topped with a simple gable roof help minimize building costs. Of course, it also means this design will fit onto most lots with ease! Inside, the semi-traditional layout divides 1,595 square feet between the living and sleeping quarters. You'll find the foyer flanked by the staircase and the large laundry room that also has an exterior door to the side. This arrangement keeps the open-concept great room in back private from the street! Additionally, there's a powder room to easily serve guests on the first level. Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted bedroom and a four-piece bath. The two secondary bedrooms share a three-piece hall bath.
