Colbourne is a charming and functional one-story home offering 1,509 square feet of well-balanced living space. Designed with comfort and flow in mind, this three-bedroom, two-bath layout features a vaulted great room with a cozy fireplace that creates a welcoming central gathering space. The separate kitchen offers generous counter space and storage, while the dedicated dining area opens to a covered rear porch, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing evenings. On the right side of the home, two bedrooms share a full bathroom, perfect for family or guests. The left side is reserved for the private primary suite, which includes elegant tray ceilings, two walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired ensuite with a soaking tub and separate shower. A covered front porch and a two-car garage complete this thoughtful and stylish design.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
