Lansdowne offers a smart and efficient 1,220 sq. ft. layout in a classic single-story traditional design. A closed floor plan separates the kitchen from the dining and living areas, creating defined, private spaces throughout. The primary suite sits privately at the back of the home and includes an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Two secondary bedrooms at the front share a full bath and are ideal for family members, guests, or a home office setup. The eat-in kitchen has ample cabinet storage and opens to a cozy dining nook, while the family room offers a warm gathering space. A 1-car attached garage provides convenient access and additional storage. With timeless curb appeal and a compact footprint, Lansdowne is a perfect fit for first-time buyers, downsizers, or rental properties.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
