About This Plan

If you're in the market for symmetrical curb appeal and a traditionally defined interior layout, House Plan 3496 could be what you're looking for. This colonial design offers 2,089 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths to serve most families perfectly. The floor plan places the formal dining room beside the foyer before it leads back to the great room, which has a centered fireplace flanked by French doors. The back porch is brightened by skylights to help brighten this space as well. The kitchen is placed off to the side, through doorways in the great and dining rooms.
