	Plan Packages: Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, structural information, cross sections, roof plans, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, heating or air conditioning drawings due to the wide variety of local codes and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.

An online license will be completed during the checkout process. Full credit will only be applied when upgrading the exact plan that was originally purchased. The PDF file is also readily modified if you are making changes. The PDF File can be e-mailed the same day. 	An Alternate Crawl Space Foundation is available for this plan. This type of foundation raises the floor level of the house several feet above the existing grade. The advantages of a crawl space foundation are it is more energy efficient and it does not require a level building site.

	In addition to the construction plans, with this package you will receive detailed drawings, wall and roof insulation and glazing specifications and information on cooling calculations for your specific area plus information on getting your home built and certified to ENERGY STAR® standards. You must purchase construction plans as well from the list above. This package is not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. Allow one week for completion of your customized package. Not available in California, Oregon, Washington or Canada.

	For those that want both prints and a PDF electronic file, order the prints and choose the option to ADD A PDF ELECTRONIC FILE TO A PRINT ORDER. When choosing this option, the customer must order prints. This is a great option because prints can be used to distribute to your contractor for use on the job site. The PDF electronic files can be sent to sub-contractors, permit departments and your lender.

	Full reverse or right reading reverse plans are available for this design - Full Reverse plans are flipped 180 degrees to the plan illustration shown on the web site. Unlike mirror reverse plans, the lettering and dimensions are right reading.

	The Materials list includes the material quantity for the foundation, framing, exterior finish and interior drywall. It will not include plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, heating and air conditioning or interior finish.
	$15.00	Additional copies of materials list
	This option requires that you first purchase a single materials list before purchasing additional copies. This option applies to only those who purchase prints. Those purchasing reproducibles, PDF file or cad files can print their own extra copies.

	The image is reversed 180 degrees in a mirror reverse plan; however, the lettering and dimensions will also be reversed. If you select the mirror reverse option, you will receive 2 sets of your total order in mirror reverse. The mirror reverse sets will assist your contractor to lay out the foundation and framing in reverse. The remaining sets of your order will not be mirror reversed. Your lender and permit department will not accept mirror reverse plans.

	A photo tour is available for this home consisting of a collection of professional photographs taken of a professionally landscaped and decorated model. The photographs vary but most tours consist of interior photographs of all the main rooms plus some exterior shots. All of the photographs are in electronic format and are sent to the purchaser via email. Add $25 if you need the photographs copied to a disk and shipped to the customer. Check "ground shipping" when ordering (note: free shipping is not available for photo tour)
