About This Plan

This 1 story 3,073 sq.ft. sprawling Northwest Prairie Style home, made famous by Frank Lloyd Wright, is an elevated classic with its use of low pitch hip roof lines, its copious amount of vertical windows and a functional open concept floor plan.

Guests enter the H shaped home from the covered front porch directly into the foyer that has the  expected arts and craft style recessed wall. Three of the home’s four bedrooms claim the entire right side of the layout as well as the home’s laundry room and powder bath.

The two secondary bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with a tub and dual vanities. The large master suite has built-ins flanking it’s double door entry. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, dual vanities and a stand alone tub that is surrounded by a bay window.

The center of the home is flooded with natural light from the vertical floor to ceiling front windows and the sliding glass doors that lead to the covered back patio with an outdoor kitchen. The fireplace is flanked by built-ins. The casual dining joins the living area and the kitchen. Additional seating is available at the large anchoring island with the kitchen sink.

The left of the home has a guest bedroom with access to the hallway bath with a shower. The front room can be used as an office or as another bedroom / flex space.
