About This Plan

This 3,813 sq.ft. ranch design melds the coveted Modern Farmhouse clean lines with intentional notes of the decorative Craftsman. From the board and batten to the wood-accented front entry and over to the Gable that “peeks” out of the roof line above the diagonal 3 car garage, the elevated curb appeal is on a 10.

The entire right-side of the home is a gorgeous retreat for the masters of the home. From the vaulted ceiling to the private covered deck, finding rest won’t be difficult. The master bath is a dream with its barrel-vaulted ceiling, stand alone tub just waiting for bubbles, and the huge 2 person shower. The walk-in closet is partitioned with built-ins and a window per side for natural light. There is also a clever entrance into the study which is perfect for those that like to begin their days with quiet times or end them reading a novel into the night.

The open concept main living area, aptly referred to as the “lodge room,” is combined with the large kitchen that has a copious amount of countertop and cabinet spaces.
