About This Plan

Tasteful gables and columns welcome visitors to this fresh farmhouse-style house plan, with 2,484 square feet of living space, containing three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The great room will be the prime gathering place in this home plan, with its built-in shelves, focal-point fireplace and unique coffee station. Step out to the rear porch and patio for evening stargazing. The wide-open kitchen features a central work area and a handy pantry. Choose the classic dining room for special times, and the comfortable breakfast nook for casual meals and snacks. Unwind in the quiet master bedroom at day's end. In the personal bath, you'll find a garden tub, a refreshing shower, dual vanities and a walk-in closet. You'll appreciate the easy access to the utility/laundry room. A future in-law suite would be nice for an aging relative. Two children's bedrooms include walk-in closets and direct bath access. Note the option of having a sizable workshop in the garage. You'll find future rooms and storage on the upper level of this home design. Builders point out the versatile unfinished basement; consider completing some or all of these interesting rooms.

Plan Packages

Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

Customer Reviews of House Plan 7382

Customer Review:
We started our build with Pine Cone Trail house plan May 6, 2020 and moved in April 2, 2021. Getting the house plan was easy after purchase as we chose the pdf option. Our only issue was needing to have some modifications and that process was pretty slow and got us a little behind while we waited. We had to make a modification for property elevation with a side walkout. We love our new home. We chose this plan because of the in-law suite and the great layout. As a multi-generation household, the in-law suite makes this house perfect. We only made a few modifications but I think a couple of them were big ones to make for anyone considering this plan. We opened up the door to the hallway from the breakfast area to a six foot opening. I cannot imagine the flow through that area working well with a regular door opening. We also made the island one foot shorter to give more room to walk if people were sitting at the table. We dropped the ceilings everywhere except the great room to nine foot instead of ten feet, for cost savings (nine feet is really big enough). We made the dining room an office and reversed, what was listed as a coffee station for the great room, into a closet for the office. We removed the stairs to the upstairs as we did not want two stories. It gave us a beautiful opened hallway with iron spindle railings around the stairs to the basement. We took out the tub for the master bathroom and made a larger shower with a seat. We removed the side window of bedroom 2 and one of the small windows in bedroom 3 to allow for more wall space since they are fairly small bedrooms. (The kids are LOVING their own bathrooms.) With the basement being so large, we also added a utility garage downstairs for the mower, tools, and bikes; leaving the AMAZING three car garage for the cars. We screened in the back porch and have enjoyed our evenings in the country!
