About This Plan

If you have a narrow lot but have a large family, this elevated 2,739 sq.ft. modern Craftsman house plan maximizes its 32' 6" width beautifully.

Entering from the front porch, your guests will immediately feel the airiness of the two story foyer and be able to freshen up in the powder bath near the family garage entrance.
