About This Plan

This is a variation of plan 2798 with a walk-out basement. The exterior of this classic one-story provides an interesting blend of Country charm with formal elegance. The interior utilizes dramatic angles to create a uniquely distinctive flow of rooms. The spacious Great Room features a stepped ceiling, a built-in media center and a striking fireplace.
