About This Plan

The exterior of this ranch-style home combines stucco and brick along with the traditional accents of arched transom windows and wood shutters to create a refreshing new look. The sprawling design and interesting roofline give the look of a much larger home, although it has a modest living area of 1,507 sq. ft.
A stately entry and a formal dining room greet your guests, but from there the floor plan opens up to reveal large, expansive informal living areas. Both the living room and the eating nook have 12' high ceilings. The angled wall of the living room blends perfectly with the bay window in the eating area, and both rooms overlook a covered rear porch.
