House Plan 1181: HARRINGTON

A fabulous family room with eleven foot ceiling dominates this plan's first floor. A sweeping U-shaped staircase leads to the second floor where a wonderful children's den resides above the family room. Steps lead to this room accommodating the high ceiling of the room below. The twelve foot high ceiling of the den provides additional spaciousness. Two children's bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite boasts a three sided fireplace allowing it to be used by both sitting area and bedroom.
