The Chestnut Ridge is a rustic mountain ranch house plan designed to capture stunning rear views. The main level includes 1,553 sq. ft. of heated space, featuring a spacious primary suite with walk-in closet and double vanity bath, along with an open family room, dining area, and kitchen with island and walk-in pantry. Vaulted ceilings enhance the family room and extend seamlessly to the covered rear patio, making it ideal for entertaining against a scenic backdrop. Two porches, a deck, and a 2-car garage add everyday functionality. The optional lower level increases the home by 1,244 sq. ft., offering three additional bedrooms, a full bath, a large rec room, and unfinished storage. Perfect as a lake house or mountain retreat, Chestnut Ridge blends open living with rustic style for families who value both comfort and views.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
