This house features a number of small customer modifications, including the front dormer and roofing eyebrow details over the far left and right windows on the facade. Inside, the layout remains largely the same, but the owners rearranged the primary bathroom to swap the shower and toilet closet locations and move the door to the closet to one side to increase countertop space for the dual vanity.
