Monet Villa is an inviting two storey family home designed with flexibility in mind, offering three bedrooms on the upper floor and two roughed in bedrooms below, along with a future secondary suite that makes it ideal for multi generational living or a smart mortgage helper. A covered entry opens to a welcoming foyer with a private den to the left and an L shaped staircase leading up. The open plan great room stretches the depth of the home, placing the living room with a cozy gas fireplace and French doors to the front sundeck opposite the kitchen at the rear. Between them, the dining area is brightened by tall, narrow windows overlooking the side garden. The kitchen is anchored by an efficient L shaped counter layout and a rectangular prep island that keeps the cook connected to family and guests, with a corner pantry and direct access to a covered patio for easy outdoor dining. Upstairs, the primary suite overlooks the front garden and features a generous walk in closet and a well appointed ensuite with double basins, a soaker tub, and a separate shower. Two additional bedrooms share a three piece bath, with thoughtfully placed linen storage throughout. The lower level includes the roughed in secondary suite, two future bedrooms, a three piece bath, storage space, and convenient access from the double garage to both the foyer and mechanical room. Finished in a blend of stucco, wood siding, painted trim, and brick accents beneath a shingled roof, this home measures 40 feet wide by 58 feet, two inches deep and offers 1,665 square feet of upper floor living space with nine foot ceilings throughout.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
