Monet Villa is an inviting two storey family home designed with flexibility in mind, offering three bedrooms on the upper floor and two roughed in bedrooms below, along with a future secondary suite that makes it ideal for multi generational living or a smart mortgage helper. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
