About This Plan

If you're looking for a unique home to address a through and/or view lot, give House Plan 12216 a try! Based on one of our most popular designs, House Plan 1895, this revamped edition offers Craftsman cottage appeal, 2,321 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, and a rear-entry garage on the side that offers orientation flexibility on your lot. You can also choose a front- or side-entry garage! Step inside and you'll find the foyer flanked by the formal dining room and the study. The hall by the study also contains the powder room, the laundry room, and access to the garage. Farther inside, the beautiful peninsula kitchen overlooks the nook and the family room for an open concept feel. Make sure not to miss the two-sided fireplace between the dining and family rooms! Tucked off to this side, a front and a back bedroom share the bathroom between them, but the rear bedroom also enjoys direct access.
